About

In our 50th Reunion year, we have been coming together in different ways to rebuild and strengthen our connections with one another and with Bates. As we come together, we encourage you to also reflect on your Bates experience and to consider paying it back in support of the students at Bates now.

As such, The 50th Reunion Gift Committee is launching a matching $50K Gift Challenge in honor of our 50th Reunion! For every dollar you give to the Bates Fund between January 30 and the end of our 50th Reunion, the Reunion Gift Committee will also give a dollar up to $50K.

Bates Fund gifts relieve pressure on the college’s annual budget. The Bates Fund is unique in that it provides flexible, current-use funds that allow the college to address its most pressing needs within a given year. The 50th Reunion class usually contributes an especially generous gift to this fund.

Please join us in helping today’s students have an experience that prepares them to make a difference in the world.

We appreciate it, and we know the college does too.

We can’t wait to see you at Reunion on June 6-9!
